აპლიკაცია "კონსტიტუცია" არის საგანმანათლებლო და ემსახურება საქართველოს კონსტიტუციის პოპულარიზაციას. იგი არის მცირე ზომის, ასე რომ ნებისმიერი მოქალაქის სმარტფონში არის ადგილი მისთვის.
